The company was founded in 1958, by Vassilios and Theofanis Valasis brothers, and focuses on steel constructions.

In 1980 the company expanded to industrial building and electromechanical constructions throughout Greece.

In 1988 the sons of the founders joined the company.

The company’s goal is to broaden the production capacity and to modernise the technical equipment, by installing machinery with higher precision and reliability.

The company now operates under the name Metal Constructions – VALASIS BROS & CO

Company’s headquarters at 4th klm Larissa-Trikala N.Road are privately owned and equiped with modern mechanical equipment.

The company is ranked amongst the ones with the highest potential in metal constructions, and has achieved a remarkable performance throughout Greece. Our business activity focus is mainly on large metal construction projects, electromechanical constructions, road applications, including safety barriers and signpost bridges.
